If you spend all your time in front of your computer and immerse yourself in porn or other time wasting activities then you need something to remind yourself of important stuff to do in real life, one good way of doing that is by using iQ-notes. This program allows you to create post-it notes with important stuff to remember, like showering or food eating. You can synchronize notes between different computers and attach them to programs and files which is pretty cool. Unfortunately the "open all notes" option doesn´t work in my system which sucks but other than that this program works as intended.
In conclusion iq-notes is a solid post-it note taking program that will help you remember important events and things to do. Available for Windows XP/Vista.

I tested it.
No BOLD / ITALIC or UNDERLINE. Basically no font control.
No drag and drop text.
Not a useful program. Reviwer should have tested further.
Actually there is a "set default option" somewhere on the program.
Anyway i must admit that that those faults that you mentioned didn`t bother me that much because i didn´t need them.
anyway stickies is way better, so i suggest you use that if you want a note program.
