MozillaCacheView is a small utility that reads the cache folder of Firefox/Mozilla/Netscape Web browsers, and displays the list of all files currently stored in the cache.
IECacheView is a small utility that reads the cache folder of Internet Explorer, and displays the list of all files currently stored in the cache.
If you are interested in the type of files that Firefox/Internet explorer accumulate in the cache then MozillaCacheView and IECacheView are pretty nice apps just for that. These programs will display a list of all the files in the cache with information about their URL, file type, size and a bunch more of other detailed information. Those files can be extracted for using them just like any other file making it handy if you want to retrieve a specific file. Both programs work pretty well and are easy to use but for some reason IECacheView was much slower at startup, weird. Anyway both are solid apps that get the job done without too much fuzz. Available for all versions of Windows.
