Rightclick a file and select the contextmenu CreateShortcutThere... to choose where to place the shortcut.
Review:
The first Donation Coder program that i am gonna talk about today is CreateShortcutThere, this simple utility can install a context menu entry which you can use to quickly create shortcuts to files and choose the shortcuts location. If for some reason you don't want to use the app anymore just run CreateShortcutThere again and click on "Remove Context Menu" to delete the context menu entry. CreateShortcutThere was written at the request of a Donation Coder member which is something that still amazes me about Doco, one can request an app and people there sometimes will actually make it! Anyway CreateShortcutThere works pretty well and i think is available for all Windows versions.
