Continuing with my posting of only Donation Coder apps (Hopefully all my postings may persuade you to donate to the site if you can) today i bring you PlainPaste. This small and portable utility can strip text of it's formatting when pasting by simply hitting Ctrl + V twice very fast, you can paste normally just by pressing Ctrl + V once. The Window in which you need press Ctrl + V is very small tough you can adjust it by changing the "delay between double key presses" number located in the settings menu which can be accessed in the system tray icon. PlainPaste is a very good program for pasting only text. Available for all Windows versions.

A cool tool free i use for pasting and clipboard management is ARSClip. The program has many advanced features and has hotkeys for pasting in plain text

My AVG virus scanner reports a virus in the exe file of PlainPaste. What's your experience.
ARSClip is not really useful for the handling of large data amounts, e.g. thousands of Excel cells. It just produces an error.... :-(
